Order Processing

Orders are processed as soon as possible after they are placed, unless otherwise stated on our website.

Once your order is ready for delivery, it will be handed over to our delivery provider, Rafeeq, for delivery to your specified address.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Delivery updates or tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery Provider

All deliveries within our supported delivery areas in Qatar are handled by Rafeeq.

Delivery availability may depend on your location and the service coverage provided by Rafeeq.

Delivery Fees

Our delivery fees are based on the total value of your order, as follows:

Orders below QAR 150: A flat delivery fee of QAR 25 applies.
Orders of QAR 150 or more: FREE delivery.

The applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free delivery applies to eligible orders with a total value of QAR 150 or more, provided the delivery address is within our supported delivery areas in Qatar.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery within supported areas of Qatar through Rafeeq.

Delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address. We reserve the right to update our delivery coverage as service availability changes.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may be provided at checkout or communicated after your order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, order preparation, demand, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking and Delivery Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery updates may be provided where available through Rafeeq or our store's order notification system.

Please allow time for tracking information or delivery status updates to become available.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and other delivery details are accurate and complete when placing your order.

If you need to correct your delivery information, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has been prepared or handed over to Rafeeq.

Additional delivery attempts or fees may apply if an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete address information or the recipient's unavailability, subject to the applicable delivery arrangements.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or experiences an unexpected delay, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and assist you in coordinating with Rafeeq, where necessary, to resolve the matter.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.

We may be able to accommodate your request before your order is prepared or dispatched. Once your order has been handed over to Rafeeq, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Where a cancellation and refund are approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method where possible, in accordance with our applicable refund policy.
